To Be Sorted 3

To Be Sorted 3 has now been completed, and I will be offering it for sale through Etsy and my website. As you can see from the image above, I have chosen black card and natural linen thread to set off the engraved label of a mole emerging from the ground.

There are 26 lettered “books” offered for sale. Each one has a random selection of engravings inside it. I have checked that there are no duplicates and I started dealing out the engravings so that each gathering had three prints from a numbered edition. The others are a mixture of artist’s proofs, late states, paper trials, often with notes suggesting further work to do. This time, I have been able to include smaller prints by attaching them to strips of paper, like this:

Please note that some prints are arranged sideways, to accommodate a taller print. The binding is very basic. You would be buying a collection of ten original prints to help people in the UK (Trussell Trust) and worldwide (Medicins Sans Frontieres). You can keep the engravings together or frame some if you wish; they are yours.

Thank you to everyone who has already supported this series, and I hope that you enjoy To Be Sorted 3, if you decide to buy one.
